Is 57 minuts a fair amount of time for leaving a random dungeon group as the second player of that group?
I could understand if it was one of the fake tanks or healers, that seems to be leaving more often than not.

Have you tried logging out and back in again before attempting to re-queue? Sometimes the queue system gets bugged and relogging fixes it.

57 minutes sounds as if you'd have left more than once and stacked up the leaving penalty.
Either that or the penalty is really bug and you'd have done yourself a big favor if you had screenshotted it for devs to see.

And then I would understand the high number, but it was the only penalty I got today - so I don't really get why.
