The Xbox EU tank troll

There is a player on xbox eu that has been trolling specifically dungeons that have mask style pages.

He/she queues as a tank and just doesn't move from the start.
Obviously he/she has become notorious amongst the community and is always instantly kicked. Unfortunately he/she just queues back in.

This person has ruined hundreds of dungeon runs over the past 5 weeks or so.
Multiple players have all submitted a ticket about this behaviour but it seems nothing is being done!

For the love of God can you please sort this issue out!

Do you have the option to block them? Don't know if it will keep the troll put of randoms but it's worth a try.

I don't think you can block them from queuing for dungeons.

Won't block them from the queue no, but might block them from being paired with you.

While this is disruptive behaviour and clearly goes against ZoS t's & c's, this doesn't present a problem if you dont use the group finder!

organise your runs via your guilds and zone chat - it will be generally much quicker than queueing as well. Easy :)

Unfortunately, it is not always feasible to rely on guild mates, particularly because most members acquire one or two style pages rather quickly and subsequently lose interest in running the dungeon.

Therefore, it becomes necessary to depend on random players through the dungeon finder.

You can still arrange via Zone chat - and this is way quicker overall that queueing and/or finding a problem group.

You can also change guilds to one or more that are better suited to your needs - there are plenty out there that specifically help with farming vet dungeons, so no, it is absolutely NOT necessary to use the dungeon finder.
