I need a house recommendation.

Hi, I need a recommendation on a house.
I'm looking for a house that has as much outside area as possible that is made up of stone paving, ideally no columns etc just a large outside area that is paved. Not a garden.
Is there such a house?

Doomchar plateau is mostly like that, but being in the deadlands the lighting is kind of dark.


Maybe the house in Coldharbour as well, but again the lighting is an issue.

The Hall of the Lunar Champion has an area like that also, in its Halls of Colossus annex, plus it's free if you do the requisite quests.

Moon-Sugar Meadow in Northern Elsweyr has a lot of open, paved space.

It does come with three Elsweyr temples, but they are movable furnishings that can be removed from the house if you wished to do so.

Thanks for tip, I looked at the house but what I don't like is the small hills and the grass.

Guys I've been to look at these houses and both are practically what I'm looking for but when I put F5 I saw a message that "houses are not currently for sale" do you know what that means?
Are these some "seasonal" homes that are only ever for sale through the Crown Store or?

Hall of the Lunar Champion is acquired by completing the Northern Elsweyr zone story, extra rooms unlocked by:
- completing the Scalebreaker dungeons
- completing the Southern Elsweyr zone story



- completing the Season of the Dragon epilogue, which you get after the Southern Elsweyr zone story if you have completed the Northern Elsweyr story.

(edit: epilogue only unlocks the Khunza-ri's Rest furniture, not an extra room in the Hall)


Doomchar Plateau will be available again at the impresario's assistant Phillius Dormier in i believe the quarter 1 events of 2025. for event tickets.
you'd need to purchase 5 fragments of 10 tickets each and have the Unstable Morpholith pet to morph it into the house.

the pet is 3 fragments of 5 tickets each and is available any quarter so you could get that during Whitestrake's Mayhem which starts tomorrow

I'm not a good designer but I have played around and if you can find some flooring that you like you can change just about anything. I didn't like the fact that the Arena in Craglorn had so much wasted space so I put my treasure vault right on top of the lava. As a side bonus I put a target dummy (forget the name) in front of the vault for show but a funny glitch protects my vault, if you fight it and hit an AOE you will fall through floor into the lava
