honestly this set WOULD be cool for a soul mage, lich type build BUT it is so hard to proc between it needing to be a light attack critical hit AND is limited to ONCE on ONE TARGET for 10 seconds. honestly if they just changed it to be a 'per target' type proc insetad, it would be SO damn much better because it would be a realtively consistant proc you could get off over and over but as it stands, its just kinda meh.
