Is this one chance each of the day, or have multiple chance from multiple daily quest?

Speaking for the (rnd) random normal dungeon, you can get one per character. So if you have 5 different characters run an rnd each day, you can get 50 in 10 days.

What I did was to outfit some extra tanks (real ones) since the queue isn't optimal for dps. Occasionally, I did a master writ but I prefer saving those for double xp events.
