How are we supposed to get the Gold Road Recall if it does not list the requirements?

    the Champion of Vivec achievement is the requirement, you get it for completing the Vvardenfell zone story

    And you have until August 15 I believe? It took me less than a week to complete it on 4 accounts, both PC megaservers. It's not a really difficult zone quest line - unlike some others.

    That does not seem to work anymore. Once the requirement was removed from the crown store listing, it stopped being purchasable.

    It is still in the Crown Store now.

    I already claimed it on my main account, so it says "Purchased" and (correctly) doesn't allow me to attempt to collect it again.

    On my alt account it is uncollected, and the listing (correctly) informs me that I haven't met the requirements. It also informs me what the requirements are.

    If OP can post a screenshot of the listing in the Crown Store from their account, perhaps that could shed light on what's going on on their end, as I don't see an issue on mine.

    Thank you for posting that! Yes, it could be a console-specific issue. Certainly console UI gets less information in many cases than keyboard UI does.

    To confirm: you have also completed the Morrowind story line and gotten the Champion of Vivec achievement?

    yes, on one account. It looks the same rather I've completed that achievement or not.

    OK, then submit a help ticket (not a bug/feedback report - that won't get a reply) on the account that qualifies and explain the issue. Support can check that you've satisfied the requirement and grant the entitlement manually.

    Once you get a reply (it will usually be automated), respond to that once to reiterate or confirm the issue. If you don't reply, the ticket will automatically close after 4 days. If you reply more than once, you will have the ticket moved to the back of the line. It may take them several days to respond, especially over a weekend.

    Ah, PlayStation. Been seeing this with a few folks in my guilds.

    Those of us who had already completed the Morrowind achievement were able to claim it just fine.

    If you had not already done the achievement, then did all the things to complete it, it still wouldn’t let you claim it. Success has been had by either a) unplugging the console for a full hard reboot or b) customer service ticket, where they can manually add it to your account so long as the achievement requirement was met.
