How to start final two main quests in Gold Road.

I can't seem to start Relic Restorer or Truth Reflector quests even though Necrom main quest shows completed.
What else am I missing that ZOS didn't explain anywhere?

Also, in case you missed it, don't forget it has to be done all on the same character, prologues & both storylines.

How? Necrom completion shows complete on the character already even though it was earned by another character?
It doesn't have a blue character completion box, it has an account completion check off box.
Another AWA screw up?

Completion on a character is not based upon achievements but the zone guide accessed via the map in the Map Completion section.

Yeah, real consistent some have character boxes and some go by the map I guess.
The point is ZOS needs to learn how to communicate these things better in the game.

haven't done any prologues for the last chapters (on pc, and not a single one on xbox).
after necrom continued gold road on the same character (after seeing posts) - after finishing the quests for gold road Scruum(?) popped out at the house to start last 2.

if necrom is done on same character try going out of the zone - log out - wait 15 min and go back to the house... (just suggestion, as this was worked before for me for npc to appear)

It's the way they've done long story arcs for years. It may help if they added a hint in game, or maybe a Cadwells Silver/Gold type thing for multi zone stories so folks can see what they've missed or need to do. This is not an AWA screw up or anything else. It's just the way ZoS have always told their expansion and DLC stories.

Away didn't actually change anything about the questing here, but what it did is it broke the association between quest and achievement status on any particular character. Since there often isn't a good way to track quests that aren't on the zone tracker, it is now more difficult to figure out which quests have or haven't been done.

Ironically, I can wear the title "Fates's Chosen" on the character that has to go do it all over again. lmao
