Vykosa Arms Pack - Purple visual latency

Hi all,
Not really a "bug" per se... has anyone else noticed the very delayed onset of the purple visual for this arms pack?
As compared to other visual glowing arms packs in recent memory, this one seems to have about a ~1 second delay when changing bars. Is there any way we could get this delay reduced to match other arms packs?
