Gold Road Recall

Obtaining the Champion of Vivec achievement is supposed to unlock the Gold Road Recall for free in the crown store. Both myself, and at least one other guild mate I’m aware of obtained the achievement in the last 24 hours. Both of us are not able to get it. It tells us we have not met the criteria (or however it’s worded in the crown store prior to getting the achievement). He got it first and I suggested he log out and restart the game. It didn’t work so he put in a ticket. I just got my achievement an hour ago, same problem, and I did log out and restart as well before putting in the ticket. I was wondering if this is a known issue, and if there will be a fix before it leaves the crown store? Thanks!

Early this morning they answered my ticket and added it to my collections. If this happens to any of you, put in a ticket, they worked it out for me really quickly! I even logged in to check. There was no pop up text letting me know I obtained a new collectible, but it was there and shaded out and marked as purchased in the crown store.

I got the achievement a few days ago, logged out completely, restarted my PS5 (more than once), put in a ticket on the toon that got the achievement, and it still says "Requirements not met".
