When will be updated the old content of the game? in the game a lot of pve content, why not start updating the old locations and supplement them with new content such as roaming bosses as on the high island or in the golden road and not add new chapters. You can add content to old locations, and it's time to improve the quality of textures in old locations

They can't charge the full chapter prize for that ;)

    They support old zones with:
    - excavation
    - maybe that ink stuff (whatever the hell it is)
    - companion progress (daily dolmens etc)
    - some DLC quests take place in older locations
    - in super rare occasions they buff/remade old sets (only remember Medusa though)

In general I see high level players rolling back and forth across alliance locations and it doesn't look like they're doing questos.

Old areas are included in newer stuff. For example leads do drop from bosses and other things in old zones. Also some of the quests do direct players to and through some areas of old zones.

What the devs can update and should update are group dungeons. Since there players have found ways to circumvent certain mechanics, found shortcuts through terrain exploits (meanin -> using certain ways to pass mobs and or bosses, which actual shouldn't be usable  ) and because of certain design elements, are able to leave some bosses out (don't need to kill them). That is something the devs should update, so that players need to go the paths/ways they should use and kill all bosses.

This has been requested for years.

I'd love it if every update gave a facelift to a zone; there are easy updates that will improve the world as a whole. E.g. turn a few NPC's in Khajiit camps into the furstocks introduced.in Elsweyr, add a few summerset tree's to auridon, a newer costume or armor style here, and a recently added enemy type there...
#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.

I think you're absolutely right, but its only part of the equation.

As a high level player rolling back and forth across those zones, I'm racing through that stuff to get back to doing those things in the stunning post-launch zones.

The 2014 base-game zones are forever stuck in a completely outdated design philosophy and aesthetic which much of the rest of the game has very emphatically moved beyond.

It makes sense to me that many people experiencing the utterly gorgeous new cities like Skingrad, Leyawiin, Necrom and Solitude and thinking in this way.
