Oaksoul + 2nd bar passive after the changes possible?

Hey guys,
i wonder if there is any way to get the skills that give you passive buffs with the desription "slotted on ANY bar" like bound aegis or restoring aura applied on the 2nd bar with an oaksoulring?
At the end skills can be drafted into the 2nd bar, but it seems they wont apply.

Sluggy✭✭✭✭✭If there was that would fall into the category of exploit since the specifically patched that out after discovering that they never even considered it when they first started re-implementing the skill passives to work on either bar.
Medium-story-short. No. And if you find a way - use it at your own risk.6 -

This is the case.
Second bar effectively does not exist if you have Oakensoul equipped.2
