Visual info vs verbal info on companion health- lag and discrepancy

What my screen shows seems to be behind, by seconds, what my companion tells me.

My companion health bar will be full, but I hear her say she needs help, by the time I heal she drops dead.... then the bar up dates to low health and then dead.

Equally she comments on a new cp point before the screen show the cp gain.

So this is lag...... but verbal info coming faster than visual.

Hopeless on the health info, I need the health bar to update accurately all the time, not seconds too late.
