Bells in the Infinite Archive

I was in the archive today and noticed something very odd while I was in there.

I tried re-logging in case it was a bug on my end but when I logged back in, same issue.

I ported out of the archive back to West Weald, no bells, but coming back in, bells.
I left again and tried porting in from Stormhaven, still bells.

I checked the forums for the last two weeks and didn't see any bell threads in the bug reports.

It was extra noticeable in boss stages while prepping.

Update: Resolved the issue with a full restart of the client.

Sitting and thinking a bit more, I believe that cause may have been that I did the Fort Colovia Delve story quest on another account before switching to this account for my IA run. Perhaps the bells might have carried over from there, but it was odd that it was only in the archive and not other zones.
