Why isnt low pop and/or low points bonus work consistently in Cyrodiil campaigns?

Atm I am in Rawenwatch and low pop bonus never works, and low points seldom works. Atm DC have 47116 point, AD 29205 and EP 19667, but none of the last two get any bonus! Can we please fix this? I am DC btw..

Low Score Bonus hasn't been seen in years. Pretty sure it's bugged.

Ive seen low score bonuses happen at the starts of campaigns within the last half year id guess (i cant recall exact numbers /which alliance was on top, but it was in BR and was like 1st place ~4k 2nd place 2k 3rd place 1.5k and second/3rd were getting low score bonus (I know DC was either second or 3rd, because I was tiering out a toon and bypassed a day 1 booster just by capping the map lol. was #1 for emp but was 1 keep shy when other teams woke up lol). but yea... seen low score.... never seen low score on a map with a team past like 5k points. I think it needs a drastic rework, but i wouldnt hold your breath

Like most things in Cyrodiil they were made for a much higher population and don't work like intended anymore. Maybe they never did... People have been complaining about players abusing this system from the moment it was introduced. Not just for ap boosting in side campaigns.

It's a shame that so many potentially good ideas in this game end up being useless because broken, or even have the opposite effect as intended.
