It's at Daggerfall I found. It did work for my Nord Dragonknight there; he was at lvl 20, and he didn't have it still. I just saw about it on a YouTube ESO guide video.
I just tried to find it with my Nord Nb, and it didn't show up for him at Daggerfall either again or she wasn't there at all. I tried Stonefalls for Nords, and she wasn't there either. I could try to find Auridon, yet that's the hardest one to get to.
You need to update the game so that I can get my Undaunted skill line for my Nb at lvl 7 unless it won't unlock to see her until like lvl 10.
