Echoing Vigor effect not displaying in Lucent Citadel after using the Ghost Light form.

This happens for the person using the skill or wearing the set. I could not see my own Vigor or Pearlescent, but the rest of my group could. I could also see their Vigors, but they couldn’t see their own.1
