Constant lag spikes after U43 [PC/EU]

Constant lag spikes since last update. Abilities firing after 3-5 seconds, same with bar swap, synergies etc. In overland enviroment is freezing while moving. Problem persisted in Vivec city and zones, trial Lucent Citadel yesterday and in Cyrodill today. It was better yesterday after 21:00 CET but it's back again.
Many players reported same thing yesterday in instanced content and now in Cyrodill.
Can you look at it please?

n333rs✭✭✭I have the same issue. My ping is varies from zone to zone. Often a more populated zone has lower ping than one that is supposed to be inactive0
