Got an answer by the 4th basically asking to me verify my account and do some other stuff, then support will send a pass reset to regain access... I did the verification + trouble shooting just fine, even got a password reset right after that. Same day. But it never worked to "regain access" That was the last email I've gotten back. I have sent screenshots and everything but still haven't heard anything. I would love to play on my off time right now... LOL.
