Magelight, Expert Hunter, and no passive Major Prophecy/Savagery on both bars

ZoS has been changing a lot of skills that give major or minor passive buffs like Resolve, Savagery/Prophecy, etc. Even skills that increase resources like Bound Armor for sorcs have the resource increase on any bar. Two skills that seem to be completely neglected are Magelight+morphs and Expert Hunter+morphs. They both give Major Prophecy and Savagery, and Magelight+morphs give increased magicka. However, their buffs are still only on the slotted bars, not both. Is there a reason ZoS is ignoring these skills? There are classes who don't have Major Prophecy/Savagery from class skills, and they would benefit from these.

ercknn✭✭✭I agree with expert hunter being viable on both bars but not with mage light.
Expert hunter gives fighter guild passive dmg that should only be applicable on slotted bar.
Magelight gives extra max mag which should only stay on slotted bar.
Overall I agree with all the new buffs the scribbing skills are getting these skills should get some love too0
