I'm toolin around Bleakrock farming for Ink when I spot a familiar lvl 3 toon in a very distinctive outfit. I follow him from node to node to see what he's doing. So I take a couple of snapshots.

    Well multiple things.

    1. That's a Bot Account, you can tell by the generated gamertag and the character name being random letters.

    2. Low level ore loot from a Rebedite node?

In Re: 2, that's WAI(Working as Intended) that's a "leveled" node, so you'd see it at whatever level your Smithing is at. The questionable player tapped it as an Iron Node and thusly the loot was generated as Iron but Ralphy still saw the Rubedite because they shouldn't see Iron Nodes anymore. It's just like a treasure chest, the loot is generated by the opener/tapper.

Yep. The bot was jut pullin the furnishing mats from the nodes, and moving on. Leaving garbage behind. And once the node has been opened by a bot, no ink will drop from it until it's completely looted or respawned.

I've reported this behavior numerous times. Yet the bots are still so prevalent. The bots even dress the same like they're wearing uniforms. I don't even bother reporting them anymore because it's readily apparent that Zos has pretty much given up on killing bots, or working on a solution to prevent them from harvesting nodes altogether. Heck, even an in-game method to report bots wouldn't hurt as more playrs would be more likely to report them if the current method wasn't so clumsy (on consoles anyway).
