As I said this information of the outcast inn is pretty old information and it was circulating here in this forum since release basically. It is not a huge news. That's why some think it is a clickbait trying to make people interested in a NEW farming location to click on your video just to discover that it is actually old news.

I think your video is surely helpful out there for players who don't regularly consult this forum though.

I've probably looked in 400-500 containers/closets in Outcast Inn in the last few weeks and all I got in terms of new furnishing plans were two of the same (!) blue furnishing plan. I'm really annoyed by the extremely low drop rate of the new furnishing plans!

Imagine this, someone posts the information immediately apon release and someone says "oh, great, now everyone will flood there and the formulas won't be worth as much." You wait 2 weeks to say anything and then you have someone say "it's old information and clickbait." It's seems like someone will always complain either way. Lol.

if you want to be more thorough there is 7 bags (1 upstairs, rest on wardrobe shelves etc and a jewellery box near cellar
also 1 bag in that place you show near the fireplace

This route has given me 0 new zone furnishing plans. Using 3 toons, total of over 7 hours this last weekend. WTH. Also spent 2 more hours at other places on the map. Same results.
