Cyrodiil ( Grey Host ) Rolled Back?

So this morning at about 7:15am ( Pacific Time ) I was teleporting to Sej and got disconnected from the server. I logged back in and found myself at my destination. A few moments later I decided to move on and teleport from Sej to a better location. While teleporting the second time I was logged off my character. After logging back on I found I had been teleported to a statue in one of the main base camps.
After reading some of the zone chat I soon discovered that Cyrodiil may have been rolled back at least 10 minutes.
After a few minutes of regaining my thoughts I moved out to combat, except my lag was so bad I froze.
As of right now I cannot enter Cyrodiil with freezing up at times.
