I did all the delves poi and the public dungeon on my next crafter but no achievement was forthcoming for a master explorer

✭✭✭✭✭No. There's a Necrom Master Explorer but not one specific to Apocrypha. You'll also need to fully explore the Telvanni Peninsula to get the achievement.
