Does Syloria Rullus sing more then once?

My first day playing in the new chapter brought a lovely song that was sung by Syloria Rullus by a grave site near the Cathedral in Skingrad. Since then, I've never heard it again, although she has visited the grave site several times. Is this a once and done thing or a bug? Has anyone heard her again once they heard her sing?
