Mirrormoor Mosaics not dropping low level set gear

I have been running these rifts leveling up a toon and I get blue/purple set jewelry but no set armor or weps drop. i.e. So far at level 41 I have not seen any sets.

✭✭Domens won't drop any set gear other than jewelry either. I think this is expected behavior.0 -
Only jewelry drops from Incursions (Dolmens, Harrowstorms, Geysers, Mosaics...). You'll need to do World Bosses for head, chest, leg, and weapon drops, Delve Bosses for waist and feet, and Public Dungeon Bosses for shoulder, hand, and weapon drops again.
For the record, specific gear drops have ALWAYS been this way with the only exception being if a zone has no Incursions, thus giving out jewelry in another fashion.1
