[BUG] Issue with Xanmeer Doyen's Feather Tiara

My argonian tank in the making is wearing the Xanmeer Doyen's Feather Tiara (with some coloring of feathers).
Something weird happens when I draw my shield which does NOT happen with shield and sword stowed away. It also does not happen with my destro on the backbar irrespective if stowed away or drawn. Did not test other weapons.
When I draw my weapons (shield and sword) one of the feathers on one side (my left side or on the right side when looking straight into my face) gets distorted and bent in strange ways.
Here as it should look like with shield and sword stowed away:
And now check when I have weapons drawn:
When I look at the feather from the side it looks like it has two bents in the 3D model.
I've tried it with two different saved outfits and with zero outfit. It is still the same.
Another player confirmed to me that he sees it on my tiara as I do.
