Luminous Ink are not dropped, i have during 4 hours yesterday and nothing, one friend got a lot in 10 min and 5 other friend have same bug than me

Have you done the wing of the netch and the wing of the indrik?
Once you've completed the netch you can get drops from harvesting nodes, and completing the indrik can get you drops from mobs.
