Problem with Encounter.log file and ESO backend after U42

Since the last update Gold Road U42 Esologs website started to show incorrect setups of group members. Skills and gear are not shown properly and data is missing. Interestingly, this problem occurs for all members of the logged group except for the person who uploads the log file to the website. Their gear is displayed correctly.
I contacted RPGLogs tech support, and they said that this is not a problem on their end but ZOS.
Log data is necessary for endgame and progression groups to manage their groups effectively and without it playing group PvE is very frustrating and it used to work before. Did addition of scribing skills affected this change? I remember it used to work properly on PTS before U42 live update.
Any chances it will get fixed in the next incremental update?

✭Well at least we can check the gear icons and go through casts tab to figure out slotted skills.0
