Silorn - Shaman Rezzutum and Bone-breaker Broken

Silorn bosses Shaman Rezzutum and Bone-breaker are broken and never spawn. I've been back several times trying to finish this dungeon and each time I've waited over an hour and they never spawn. I see reports of this issue in forums going back to 6/4 and it remains unresolved. I am playing on the XBOX NA server so this issue was apparently present on PC from the beginning and it still exists on XBOX NA.

✭✭✭✭✭they did fix the issue on PC with the incremental update, its kind of surprising that they didnt include that fix in the console release (which happened on the same day as the PC incremental)
the best option to do for this is to check like once a day, and maybe get lucky you will be in an instance with it spawned, at least until they fix itplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
