Scrying UI bug / Backtrace D7541B73

Been getting this UI error lately on Xbox Series X. I think it happens occasionally if I accidentally hit the left trigger after switching modes. (Coalescence Dilation Farsight) It only does it once per scrying session (hit trigger all I want after that and nothing happens) and it seems to be cosmetic. Just hit "A" to dismiss and just carry on.
