The skill sounds cool but I'd like to get people's opinions about it and whether it's worthy to spend 1 skill point on it.

    You'll have hundreds of skill points by VR10. I'd say just buy it and experiment.

    A total of 300 points are available to your char, and you can respec at the correct shrine, have at it.
