Resistant Flesh (Necro Burst Heal) needs to have Minor Defile removed

This heal used to be one of the best, but is so vastly outclassed this patch by almost every other class burst heal. Let's compare it to what every Necromancer should be running this patch instead:

Healing Soul: 4440 base healing, 4590 magicka
- Restores 1k mag AND stamina
- Gives Major Vitality for 10 seconds (12% extra healing)

Resistant Flesh: 3600 base healing, 4320 magicka
- Gives armor equivalent to half the amount healed for 3 seconds (6k-10k in PvE, 3k-6k in PvP)
- Applies Minor Defile, reducing healing by 6%

Why would Necromancers ever bother using Resistant Flesh anymore, when Healing Soul has a 23% stronger heal at base, in addition to making all your other heals 12%-18% stronger? On top of that, Healing Soul is cheaper by 700 mag thanks to Druid's Resurgence, and provides Stamina sustain on top of everything else.

Remove the Minor Defile from Necro's heal. No reason to nerf this heal when heals like Hardened Ward, Healthy Offering, and now Healing Soul exist.

I get what you are saying, just wanted to point out that I allways thought of that heal as a kiss-curse: The first passive in the healing line gives you +8% healing for having a negative effect on you.

This 2 combined, would mean a net +2% healing.

But I agree that Necro needs some serious rework.
And so the Elder Scrolls foretold. You will be shy, and I will be bold.

In PvE, sure, it's probably a net +2% healing. In PvP, you're almost always going to have a negative effect on you anyways, so the Defile isn't granting you that passive, it's only hurting your healing.

The kiss-curse idea was interesting when it was released. ZoS did not stick with it in other aspects of the game though. At this point, it only serves to gimp Necros even further down the list of viability.

At this point, you just REALLY need to love Necro to not have switched off to a different class. ZoS has given ... not even "zero" reason to play, they have given negative reason to play.
