A Bloodfiend in Fort Amol, Eastmarch that wasn't there before....

So there I was, minding my own thing, grabbing books and skyshards on a character on my alt account, when I came across this Bloodfiend in Fort Amol. Now, I've done this area and the quests in this area quite a few times, and I don't recall that particular NPC being there, ever. I confirmed this through a google search, that, nope, in all the listings of NPCs, there is no Bloodfiend there.

Here's the fun bits: A. I've done absolutely no quests for this Zone (Eastmarch) on the one character who FIRST encountered it, subsequent characters I logged on and traveled there who HAD done the quest (the picture is of one who has done the quest) confirmed that it was there, B. It doesn't show up at all in any searches for the location, C. It cannot be interacted with - no pickpocketing, no attacking (protect innocents is off), no dialog, no pathing D. I am not a vampire either. E. I wondered if it was one of those fun new NPCs that are about for the Zeal of Zenithar, but no, it is not (Although I found one yesterday but did not have the right things to give him in order to complete his 'story'). For location: It's just near the barracks, close to the bridge near the Inn.

This is a bug, but not a really bad one, just mostly a "well, here's an NPC that doesn't belong here" type of deal. I can't imagine the denizens of Fort Amol wanting to have a Bloodfiend standing there in their streets though.

proly a bug or a leftover from a random encounter,im in the spot now and apart from guards and a npc who travels from bridge (fishing) to next house , there is no1 else there

What's even more hilarious is that once in a while a bloodfiend will be at the Windhelm wayshrine, like it just ported over and will sit there munching on whatever. It doesn't attack anyone.

Never enter Tamriel without a supply of Raid Bug Spray. I prefer the one that smells like oranges.

It happens from time to time, so far I haven't found a conclusive trigger for it. Some characters who get the bug do have the zone done, others don't.

Yeah, I tested it on two accounts, with characters who had done the quests and those who haven't, and it was there. Just a weird bug I guess.
