PS5 Health Bar glitch?

I keep seeing health bars like this. Has this been fixed on PC? It’s truly driving me crazy as a healer main.

When I play healer what I find harder now is that players blue bars over their heads now turn reddy pink when shielded etc. i find it much harder to differentiate between player and enemy than I used to in trials when there are lots of adds

it got partially fixed on pc, but the issue is still present

The dark colored health bars is intended and means the target has healing immunity like from wearing Ring of the Pale Order. If you have overhead health bars turned on then it also makes those a darker blue color.

But the white glow around the health bar, I have no idea because my health bar has been glowing non-stop ever since Gold Road released on PC. And it's kinda annoying. lol

The black health bars should be reverted, they are a detriment in PvP for obvious reasons.
