Incoherent behaviour consuming fragments

Okay, did some experimentation.

It seems it's not the fragments themselves, but just the achievement. The first one immediately registers, consecutive fragments only display after a while. Reloading the UI / switching instances does not influence this - it didn't update on reloading but rather did so right in the middle of the dungeon.

Collected 11 Remnants of Deception, consumed some immediately, others in close succession. First one immediately registered with the achievement, others I had to wait for.

Gained 11/7
