I've had a difficult to explain problem on and off for years now where going between different sections of the menu and scrolling will change the highlighted place in the menu that I'm in but also the previous section.
For example:
I'm in the antiquities menu, under journal. Cursor is on scryable.
Back out 2 steps to the main menu, go down one and select social.
Select guilds, look through notes or messages of the day, whatever.
Back out again to main menu, enter journal, cursor is now on achievements instead of antiquities where I left it.
Go up 2 to antiquities, check what's expiring etc.
Go back to social, cursor is now on emotes instead of guilds.
Is this intended? It's very frustrating to constantly be in a different place in menus to where I'm expecting or I last saw, and it doesn't happen all the time, just most of it. Anyone else, or just me?
