How to collect Aetherial Shards in Cyrodiil?

Please help for the "Safeguards of the Gryphon" quest.

I can't find out how to do it. I get to the location. There're zombies, but no quest sign.

My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

    For the safeguard of stars, go to the location indicated on your map when you get to Cyrodiil. (Three locations are listed, but I had a quest marker in only one. Idk if I could have instead gone to one of the locations not in my alliance home area.) There is no quest there, but will be an object to pick up. In the EP location, it was out in the open, didn’t require going into a delve or anything.

    I had expected to have to retrieve shards from all three locations and spent some time riding around Cyrodiil, searching for the locations not marked on my map, before noticing that the task was already marked as complete! :joy:

    last i heard there was at least one of those locations which was bugged and did not have an aetherial shard item to collect

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    Lindai. the one in DC direction. very annoying that this still hasn't been fixed yet!

    It's still not fixed. Man, I'm so annoyed right now.

    I can't remember the quest anymore, but the guide linked in the first posting said, it requires to only collect stuff from 3 out of the 5 locations. So everyone can just skip the Cyrodiil one, if it's bugged.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_JessicaFolsom This is still bugged in the ''The Wing of the Gryphon'' quest when collecting an aetherial shard if you're on a DC character.

    Location is shown on map Lindai in Cyrodiil, but there's nothing to pick up.

    I complete all of my crying quest/wings and never, ever had to set foot in cyrodill.
    Go back and retrace your steps, see if you can go into next area. Don't need to go into pvp areas to complete these.
