Dubious Camoran Throne - recovery buffs constantly disappearing.

I keep having my stamina recovery buff disappearing randomly, when I die or zone, I don't even know.
All I know is all my other stats seem to still be buffed but I have to drink another one to get my stamina recovery back...

This is way too expensive a bug I can't keep drinking 7 or 8 of them for what should be the duration of 1.

Are other food and drink buffs doing this?
