Extremely laggy on Xbox NA-server

My game has been having severe frame rate issues since the update, and I've tried everything on Xbox support site but nothing has worked. Is there any help to get or do I have to reinstall the game on the Xbox?

Edit: many in my guild have mentioned an issue where opening and scrolling through the menu is very laggy. Xbox is having issues, can you please trouble shoot this?

Can they be seeing the frame rate drop in the menus from the new sustainability features?

Ok, but I'm telling you right now that this is unacceptable! Scrolling through menu shouldn't be this crippling! You can't destroy user interface or customer satisfaction for the sake of "solving" an issue that will eventually lead to people not wanting to play ESO!

The frame rate drop observed when going into menus or the map UI is now crazy bad! I have no way a measuring what the drop is but at times it is WAY LESS than 30 fps. Really makes scrolling around in a menu or on the map extremely difficult and hurts the eyes. This can't be really intended, right?!! Did you even play test this? Why would you think this is OK?

GIVE me my frame rate back while I'm ACTIVELY playing my game!!!!!

Why are you throttling my client side performance in the name of environmental sustainability. I already have a solar powered house. I DO NOT need your help to further sustain the environment on my end.

This needs to be Hot Fixed ASAP!!!

Yeah, I can't play like this, it's hurting my eyes. I need a break from the game until it's fixed before I go blind.

FWIW, add me to the list of ACTIVE DAILY PLAYERS that can no longer use the ui. I gave it a good try today, but the lagginess in the menus & map renders the game utterly unplayable.

the thought that there is some group deep within zos that pursues empty virtue signalling is appalling, let alone giving them the power to utterly break the game on console! Did you do the same for PC? why not?

I didn't buy a $500 console to save electricity!

Just curious, how many of them drive EVs?
