Super speed running came back... er.. briefly?

After acquiring Vampirism yesterday, I went for a spin in Craglorn to see its effects. The most immediate and telling feature is that RavSpeed reported that I was running around at 242% runspeed, sneak or not. Boom. 242. Now, that is hard to believe, but I checked by running a race with a 200 pct toon.. left 'im in the dust, it WAS that fast. This lasted about an hour, until I logged out. Today, no sign of that speed is visible, no matter what I do, Khajiit, sneak, no sneak, mundus, swift, you name it. I suspect this speed occurred due to, perhaps, the loss of a single client/server data exchange, whereby the 200% clamp on runspeed was thought to be in service, but was, in fact, not so. However, if that is not the case, then one of the old Vamp builds that managed to circumvent 200% speed limit has somehow resurfaced? Has anyone else, however briefly, seen themselves tearing through the countryside so fast that the animation blurs? What fun it would be to find a sneaky way to sneak in a way that is way faster than sneaky. IKR, I *had* to say that. Slimm Pickens
