"Skilled antiquarian" achievement not advanced.
I have a character who maxed the Excavation and Scrying skill lines in 2021, and obtained the corresponding achievements "Master of the Spade" and "Master of the Eye" as shown in the screenshot. One week ago I was trying to buy antiquarian skill lines for my other character I recognised that I need "skilled antiquarian" achievement to do so. But with both Master of the Spade and Master of the Eye unlocked, the skilled antiquarian on my account is still not unlocked as shown in screenshot 2.
I contacted customer service and they said they cannot unlock the bugged achievement for me, the only way to unlock it is max the two skill lines again on another character. I had done it yesterday after a horrible time of grinding but the achievement is still not unlocked.

Yesterday I contacted the customer service again but got the same reply: meet the conditions of the achievement on another character.
Please fix this bug because I will never grind these skill lines on my 3rd character.
