PC/NA Having loading/zoning issues?

Several times today, myself and others I play with are encountering some major issues trying to load into zones or battlegrounds. It hangs up on an infinite load screen until we're greeted with an error message about the lobby connection failed. It's not just me, it's several people I play with currently having the same issues. Leaving one zone to another, leaving Cyrodil, loading into battlegrounds... they all seem to have hang-ups and issues loading in.

Literally can't leave a public dungeon and load into the world... have attempted 5 times now and it kicks me out to login with this message:

having the same Issue Was thinking it was addons error but changeing my texturesetting to low seems to circumvent this timeout in new zones.. this popped up last night while playing. cant play on high textures if i need to got too a new zone.

Thanks for the reply that you're having similar issues. I have a brand new system with a 4090 and fiber internet, I'll be damned if I'm gonna play with low settings just to get the game to load!

Just seems to be lately, so I'm not sure if they're having issues or what. Obviously isn't normal at all.

just an update. even on low i just got caught in a Quest loading area boot from server... looking at the forums its defo not a us issue, but server, hope they fix it fast lol im grinding for like 200 quests 50 a zone lol
