Better control for visitor rights and locking objects?

Hi, this has been a topic for long, but would it be possible to add more functions to how we can set visitor rights and maybe also the possibility to lock certain objects to a specific position?

One of the most obvious problems is gates vs lights. If you let people control gates/doors, there is always that someone who will click the lights, music boxes etc too. Would be great to have e.g. checkboxes for what type of furnishings people can interact with (doors, lights etc). If possible, it would be great to have this also for specific items separately - so you could allow people to use doors in general, but this one particular door always stays locked to cut off that area without having to cover it somehow.

This issue has popped up again with the apocrypha bridge, curling furnishings. They look great and the ability to open them is fun in general, in some situations, but it's super annoying if you do it accidentally and then have to fish the bridge from inside a wall or floor and put it in place again, rinse and repeat. I managed to accidentally do this 2-3 times while building my apocrypha-themed house, so I can only imagine how annoying it would be if someone whom allows people to click on things got a visitor who clicked them all for the lols. I would also like have the ability to lock them from myself, so I can't accidentally interact with them, leading to me having to fish them from inside a wall or a floor and set them in their place again again. (Z only works if you notice it immediately... if you notice it later, you have to start from scratch.

As you can see, there's no way to click it closed once it disappears when open.
