"How to Scribe" Collectible Furnishing incorrectly classified as Traditional Furnishing

The "How to Scribe" Collectible Furnishing acquired by completing the quest "The Second Era of Scribing" is incorrectly classified as a Traditional Furnishing. Attempting to place the furnishing in a house where the Traditional Furnishing limit has been reached will return the error message "You do not have room for any more Traditional Furnishings in this house", despite the limit for Collectible Furnishings not having been met (so it is not just a UI issue).
