As CS and ZoS seem to give a damn about providing access for us that have VISA cards to purchase directly from ESO Store where even today (4th of June) it will show Pre-purchase items when one try to buy Upgrade Gold Road can I now be certain if I will use Fanatical to get Gold Road to my oldest account from 2014?
CS have had my ticket going from 21th of Mai, so I am rather upset how this have only been way to push PayPal and PaySafeCard as "solutions".
I want to have my old account exactly the same as my new account which I bought during Jubilee Sale (bought Gold Road Upgrade with exactly the same VISA card like I have used for years).

My ticket for VISA being blocked on ESO Store as payment (and have been reported as "under investigation" from 21th of Mai, first thread on forum with exactly same issue on ESO Store started as early as 9th of Mai).

@ZOS_Kevin can you look into this ticket and actually give me any promises that due how long time I have waited for solution and that if I bought Upgrade in link that I will also have access to Pre-purchase item. Tomorrow it is maintenance on EU accounts where I will expect that that option to Pre-purchase in ESO Store will vanish and I feel now pressure to buy this upgrade from Fanatical instead as you have an ongoing discussion on forum about that with other people that have bought ESO upgrades from that store.
