Infinite archive side portal with the lady and the green crystals does not allow resurrecting your buddy. I tried 4 times yesterday, both with the usual drive-by and by staying longer in the area and didn't get it to work. We had the same problem with another friend maybe 1-2 weeks ago and they had it together sometime ago, too.
Goat/sweetroll portal res and tomewhell/watcher portal res worked recently, so it seems to be just that one portal at the moment. Although I have a vague memory of there being problems with res in the others too previously. Both worked within the last week, though.
