Soul Burst Grimoire Missing

After completing the Scribing Quest and being awarded the Soul Burst Grimoire, I can't find it anywhere. I tried to buy one from the vendor but was told I already have it. It hasn't been added to the other Grimoires in the system, but seems to be lost in transit. Please help if you can.

✭Funnily enough I did the scribing quest on an alt today, received the grimoire but couldn't consume it as the reward was automatically rewarded and available for scribing without NEEDING to consume it.
On an alt. Who know holds a character bound, unconsumable grimoire in their inventory.0
