Looking to get the "Infectious Belief" achievement ticked off as its pledge today, so easier to get runs in.

Is it as simple as say the tank getting infected, then aiming the sick cone at another player, and so on?

Or am i missing something.

Hello again! Basically, the tank is going to stop blocking when the cone goes out. This is going to make the cone come from them and hit everyone else. Then everyone turns around so their cone hits the wall and doesn’t hit any other player. If there’s trouble with dying, the healer can wait a little bit before getting infected so they can drop some HoTs. As long as at some point all 4 people are vomiting at the same time, it’ll pop up once you kill the boss.
