Castle Skingrad (spoilery)

I see it up there, have been around it, under it, beside it. There's an entrance to the thieves guild and ayleid ruin under it. I know there's a sneaky sneak entrance into the Castle somewhere. I have completed Gold Road so haven't found a way so far. In Oblivion there are wine cellars underneath that have secret passages to the castle. I'm guessing really in reality that the castle just is not somewhere we can visit but it's just sitting there and making me want to go in.

They really didn't give the Castle an interior? Not even a Quest locked one?

Maybe they'll sell the castle interior as a new chapter in a few years

I wasn't moaning, I love the new chapter and it's a nice little mystery as to what is in there.

I think perhaps they had enough of "inside the Castle" stuff with Leyawiin, and decided they didn't want to repeat the experience.

There's always the possibility that they're saving it for later content, like they did with Palace of the Kings in Windhelm

Windhelm is in base zone, so there was no problem with expanding it. There is now way that they will make content gated with no-free chapter.

Personally I'm really dissapointed that they didn't included this iconic location. Whole zone is so small and they even didin't bother to make a castle avaiable?

It's a *** shame they release a 40€ zone about the size of a handkerchief and we can't even enter the castle!
THE CASTLE! the most memorable place from Oblivion's Skingrad after the Whodunit? manor.
The vampire count was a real bro. Now we got no quests, no interesting NPCs and nothing to steal.

Does anyone have a price list for the castle? I read in some places that the castle costs 25,000 septims, not sure what that translates into crown currency, exciting for a castle being available in that area, is Skingrad technically part of Cyrodiil in the West Weald, can someone explain what the West Weald is, was there a war of some sort in the 2nd era?

I'm so glad to see this as a house, because it was never announced when Gold Road came out I never thought it would happen but it's definitely a home I'd want especially loving Elder Scrolls Oblivion. I previewed the home and it looks amazing, love all the details and the glass windows and guards you can see inside.

When I saw it on a PTS tour, I absolutely adored the fact there was an inaccessible yet lively section. And I'm still excited for that.
