Minor bug in the main quest of Gold Road

I stopped in the quest "Investigate Elenglynn", cant open the chest and find the key, or maybe i completet the quest but "Leramil the wise" not follow me.
I am not sure cos i notice after, i did many stuff in the same time.
Now i abandoned the quest and i try it again, i'll let you know, please fix it.

    I try again and the quest worked, i think the problem/bug it is due to the fact that if you go back and don't exit through the secondary exit the key is lost and you have to redo the quest from the beginning.

    A minor bug but annoying.
